Grant Thornton is excited to announce our upcoming event ‘Spotlight on the Construction Sector: Restructuring & Forensic Accounting’ on Wednesday, 1st May 2024.

In this session, Cameron Crichton, Partner in Restructuring Advisory and specialist in Construction, will share his insights into:

• Administration of the Porter Davis Group, Australia’s largest residential construction insolvency. Cam is one of the Grant Thornton administrators appointed. 
• Our observations from our dealings in other distressed construction engagements with key stakeholders, including; builders, insurers, lenders and regulators.

Joe Box, one of our Partners in Forensic Accounting, will also explore how our specialist forensic accounting and valuation skills have been called upon to assist in dispute in the construction space, especially where there is (or may be) an administration or liquidation in train. 

There will also be an opportunity to network and share ideas with your peers at drinks following the session.
